Floor Associate / Stocking Superstar
We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers great service without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
- Operate the headset system to greet and assist drive-thru customers
- Fill orders quickly and accurately to minimize wait times
- Lift and carry products (5–40 lbs), including handing cases of beer through the window
- Monitor and restock high-demand items throughout each shift
- Work independently, taking initiative to spot and handle what needs doing
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 5–40 lbs
- Strong multitasker who works well under pressure
- Good communicator with customers and team
- 21+ (required for alcohol sales)
- Reliable, punctual, high energy
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
