For more information, please visit our website: Position Summary The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the nursing department schedule. As Scheduling Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, track call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports directly to the CNO.
