Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in Missouri (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Familiarity with G-tube feeding, Hoyer lifts, and personal care tasks (such as diapering)
• Confident medication administration and seizure management abilities
• Strength in professional communication and teamwork
• Driven by a genuine interest in serving students with intellectual, developmental, and medical disabilities—including autism

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple G-tube feedings each day and assist with personal care, including diapering
• Operate and assist with Hoyer lift transfers for students with mobility needs
• Administer daily medications according to individual health plans
• Respond promptly and calmly to seizure activity or medical emergencies
• Create a supportive, attentive environment for each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with faculty and support staff to ensure safe, inclusive learning
