Development Services Lead - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

The Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) is seeking a Development Services Manager in Carrboro, NC. This role involves leading the Development Services team to ensure that projects comply with regulations while effectively managing relationships with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have at least six years of experience in public water projects, including two years in a supervisory capacity. A Professional Engineer license is strongly preferred.
