Business Office Manager
Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing | Full-Time | $18-$20 per hour
Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, resident accounts, and daily business office operations in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and resident account documentation.
- Coordinate business office paperwork related to admissions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in billing, collections, or business office administration.
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
