This fully remote position is designed for someone who is strong in consultative selling, comfortable speaking with business owners, and capable of guiding prospects through thoughtful decisions around business growth.WHO WE WORK WITHSoto Growth Systems supports coaches, consultants, agencies, and online service businesses. The company’s solutions involve sales systems, automation, AI-powered processes, and experienced sales support intended to help clients strengthen and grow their businesses.HOW THE ROLE WORKSYour primary focus will be scheduled sales conversations rather than spending the workday manually prospecting or making cold calls. Prospective clients are connected with the sales team through pre-scheduled appointments, with consultations taking place by Zoom and phone.During those conversations, you will learn how each prospect’s business currently operates, identify the problems or goals they are trying to address, and help qualified prospects evaluate the solutions available through Soto Growth Systems.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead scheduled sales consultations by Zoom and phone- Ask effective questions to understand a prospect’s business, challenges, and objectives- Explain relevant solutions clearly and help qualified prospects determine the appropriate fit- Navigate questions and objections with professionalism- Maintain organized CRM records, notes, and follow-up activity- Pursue individual sales performance goals while working as part of the larger sales organizationTHE SUPPORT ENVIRONMENTSales professionals operate within an established remote system supported by scheduled prospect conversations, structured onboarding, coaching, sales training, and mentorship. AI-driven lead-generation processes also contribute to the appointment pipeline.
