Role Description The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy of Cold Parrots. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals. The role also involves negotiating terms, tracking sales and pipeline metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt, AR, requiring consistent in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients. Qualifications Ability to identify, qualify, and manage leads, opportunities, and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Strong skills in client relationship management, including clear communication, active listening, and negotiation. Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies. Competence in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting, using CRM tools or similar systems. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management is highly beneficial. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
