Junior House Manager

Our client, a private Palm Beach residence, is seeking a highly intuitive, organized, and service-driven Household Operations Assistant to partner closely with their Estate Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is both operationally minded and hands‑on. This role will build structure, create calm, and take pride in elevating the everyday experience of a home. This position functions as a right‑hand to the Estate Manager, supporting the full rhythm of the household. This role will be part of a collaborative, high‑performing team while maintaining the discretion and awareness required in a private home. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day flow of the residence, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes Coordinate vendors, deliveries, installations, and service providers Assist with purchasing, returns, inventory management, and household logistics Approach the home with both operational precision and a hospitality mindset Create and maintain thoughtful organization across closets, pantries, storage, and household systems Build and refine systems, SOPs, and tracking tools that bring clarity and efficiency Maintain inventories and ensure all spaces remain functional, elevated, and orderly Prepare the home for guests, gatherings, and special moments Anticipate needs and create a warm, welcoming, and polished environment Pack and unpack for travel with precision and foresight Prepare all travel-related materials and essentials in advance Organize receipts, invoices, and household documentation Support tracking systems to ensure accuracy and visibility across household operations Assist with thoughtful details such as gifts, celebrations, and important dates Observe preferences and patterns to create meaningful, personalized moments Candidate Profile Deeply organized, proactive, and systems-oriented Mature, grounded, and low ego with a no-drama mindset Service-driven with pride in creating calm, functional, and beautiful environments Hands‑on and comfortable with both operational and physical aspects of the role Strong communicator with high attention to detail Flexible schedule with willingness to support evenings/weekends as needed Compensation & Logistics Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (depending on experience) Fully onsite, 5 days a week, Palm Beach, FL Open to relocation Schedule flexibility is essential, including on‑call weekend coverage Pocketbook Agency is an equal opportunity recruiting firm and does not discriminate in its recruiting, screening, or placement practices based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pocketbook Agency
