Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the financial integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in QuickBooks
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
• Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
