Marketing Intern - Commercial Real Estate

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (In-Person) Type: Internship (Part-Time or Full-Time) About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support our commercial real estate brokerage team with property marketing, content creation, and digital outreach. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual interested in commercial real estate, graphic design, and marketing. We are the leading commercial retail brokerage team in Los Angeles. See our website here: Responsibilities Design and update property marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and e-mail blasts Create and distribute email newsletters to clients and prospects using Mailchimp Develop LinkedIn content to promote listings, market activity, and company updates Maintain branding consistency across all marketing materials Organize property photos, site plans, and marketing assets Assist with listing launches and ongoing property marketing campaigns Support ad hoc marketing and administrative projects as needed Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple projects Interest in commercial real estate and marketing Preferred Skills Mailchimp Claude and AI tools Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media content creation A real estate license is not required What You'll Gain Exposure to retail, office, and investment property listings Experience creating professional marketing materials used in live transactions Mentorship from experienced real estate professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr Brandon Cohan Real Estate
