DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

Direct Support Professional (DSP)MacDonald Training Center (MTC) is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life. We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care, support, and training to individuals in our Day Program while promoting independence and community inclusion.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate training in home living, employment readiness, and community safety.Track and document attendance, progress, and services received to ensure compliance.Lead engaging group activities and individualized learning experiences.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.Provide supervision, personal care, and assistance with hygiene, toileting, and mealtime needs.Assist with community outings and program setup.Communicate any concerns or changes in health, behavior, or progress to Program Manager or Coordinators.
