Sales & Marketing Assistant

Lionsgate Acquisitions is a growing marketing agency specializing in brand activations, experiential marketing, customer acquisition, and professional brand representation. We help organizations connect with their audiences through face-to-face marketing, promotional campaigns, customer experiences, events, and brand representation. Our work supports business growth, product launches, and campaigns for commercial and nonprofit organizations. We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Phoenix team. The Role As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of marketing and sales campaigns while developing practical experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and business development. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, receive hands‑on training, and interact directly with customers while representing our clients and their brands. What You’ll Do Represent clients and brands professionally in customer-facing environments Engage with customers and prospective customers to create positive experiences Support marketing campaigns, brand activations, promotional events, and customer acquisition Communicate product, service, and campaign information clearly and confidently Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Support sales and business development activities Participate in events and face‑to‑face promotional campaigns Work with the team to achieve campaign, customer engagement, and sales goals Assist with campaign preparation, execution, and customer feedback Participate in ongoing training and professional development Skills & Qualifications We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with customers, and contributing to a positive team environment. You may be a strong fit if you: Have strong verbal and written communication skills Enjoy building relationships and creating a positive customer experience Are confident speaking with customers and representing a brand professionally Are motivated by achieving personal and team goals Can stay organized while managing multiple tasks and priorities Work well both independently and as part of a team Are comfortable learning new sales and marketing strategies Have a positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach Are interested in developing a career in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or business development Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, communications, or a similar customer-facing environment is welcome, but it is not required. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, communication skills, and ability to connect naturally with people.
