Role Description Reports To: Operations Leader Job Status: Full-Time; Frequent Travel - Candidate must be willing to travel to various sites throughout the U.S. for on-site services at plants in Cement, Chemical, and Agricultural processing industries. Job Summary: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible to travel to project site to execute projects from start to finish; must clearly communicate with subcontractors and owners; have a strong understanding of budgets, cost control and constructability. In addition, PMs are detail-oriented with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines; and are known for being able to provide innovative and sound solutions to complex problems. This position is for Industrial Construction, typical markets include but are not limited to: Cement, Chemical, and Agricultural processing. Candidate must understand Mechanical-Electrical-Piping (M.E.P.) Construction practices. Essential Job Functions Oversee daily operations and full lifecycle execution of construction projects. Lead preconstruction efforts, including scope definition, bid solicitation, and subcontractor qualification. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans aligned with company objectives. Candidate will be required to demonstrate ability to create a Level 5 Microsoft Project based schedule for multi-trade work packages. Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Support strategic planning and stakeholder management initiatives. Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting; analyze variances and implement corrective actions. Conduct buyout meetings, prepare and execute subcontracts and purchase orders. Work with Accounting to process pay applications and monitor timely payments. Evaluate risks, negotiate contract terms, and participate in pricing and fee decisions. Execution & Quality Control Ensure compliance with all safety standards, quality control procedures, and project specifications. Review and maintain current project documentation including drawings, submittals, RFIs, and as-builts. Identify design or field conflicts and propose cost-effective solutions. Lead coordination meetings, resolve field issues, and manage punch list and closeout requirements. Communication & Reporting Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for day-to-day project activities. Prepare and present regular project status and progress reports to management and stakeholders. Maintain strong internal communication with operations and executive teams through scheduled review meetings. Team Development & Compliance Provide leadership and guidance to project staff, fostering adherence to company values, safety culture, and ethical standards. Promote utilization of Novaline technologies and project management systems. Ensure compliance with labor, insurance, and regulatory requirements. General Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve project and Novaline objectives. Support and drive utilization of various Novaline Industrial Solutions’ initiatives and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial construction project management. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to Travel : Typical 90% - 100% of the time on site. Travel is typical to client sites for the duration of a project or program. Novaline provides travel per diem at local GSA rates for lodging, meals and incidentals. We reimburse up to two flights home per month. We provide an allowance for rental car and fuel to be tracked and reimbursed per receipts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
