Earn $18.06 per hour plus full benefits Position Details Match therapists to clients coordinating area and need. Contact health plans or payers to gather policy benefits/limitations and complete eligibility and benefits verification to ensure services provided will be covered by the insurance. Confirm and ensure the accuracy of data and documents and all communication in the computer database. Respond in a timely manner to all referrals and enter them into the software database. Alert appropriate team members regarding late or missing documents required. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients/clients, and all colleagues and therapists. Work with team, therapists, and patients to identify potential solutions as problems are identified with payer sources. Maintain the confidentiality of patient/client and agency information at all times. Gain knowledge of applicable payer guidelines and provide documentation of eligibility, benefits, and authorizations. Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
