Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting guests, checking guests in and out, answering phones, making reservations, handling guest requests, and providing excellent customer service throughout each guest’s stay. Responsibilities Welcoming guests with a positive attitude Managing checkins, checkouts, and reservations Answering guest questions about hotel services and local attractions Handling phone calls, messages, mail, and packages Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area Following company policies and safety procedures Handling payments and balancing cash accurately Communicating professionally with guests and team members The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, trustworthy, and able to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel environment. Qualifications Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Professional appearance and positive attitude required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
