Wage - $18.50 per hour Schedule – Varies, Part Time, 4 hr. shift Monday - Thursday: 5pm-10pm Friday: 5pm-11pm Saturday: Shifts scheduled between 11am-11pm Sunday, Holidays & Professional Development Day: Shifts scheduled between 11am-10pm Our staff also enjoy these benefits:

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for monitoring, planning, and directing students engaged in center sponsored recreational activities both on and off center. Put your fun and creative skills to use to teach healthy and fun extracurricular activities! Duties include, but not limited to: 1. Assist recreation supervisor/coordinator in planning, implementing and coordinating a comprehensive and diversified program which will attract voluntary participation. 2. Organize, direct, and oversee student participation in a variety of recreation/avocation activities and extended day learning activities. 3. Plan, implement and coordinate a diversified program that will attract voluntary participation. 4. Chaperone students to recreation functions both on and off center. 5. Plan and conduct various activities to enhance student retention and meet all students' needs. 6. Participate in Career Development Services System (CDSS) by creating positive peer leadership and role modeling techniques through activities both on and off center.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year experience working with youth required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Computer proficiency
