Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS

Must-Have: Travel experience preferred; first-time travelers with Level I ER experience will be considered.

Description:
Candidates must have 2 years of experience in an ER setting.
Required certifications include NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS.
No trauma Level I experience is necessary.
Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Requests for time off longer than one week will not be approved unless in special circumstances.
Local travelers within a 100-mile radius are not accepted.
Travelers will complete an online CPI course once onboarded.
The unit sees a daily census of approximately 90 patients.
Average visits per day are around 250.
The unit includes infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
There will be a requirement to cover 4-5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks.
Compliance requirements include passing various competency exams relevant to the emergency department.
Candidates must not have any licensure hits.
It is essential to disclose any previous employment with the facility during the application process.
