IMMEDIATE HIRING: Cleanroom Production Operators

Carlsbad, CA

1st Shift : Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $18.00/hr

2nd Shift : Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | $19.44/hr

**Overtime may be required based on production needs**

Join a leading medical device manufacturer in Carlsbad. We are seeking Cleanroom Production Operators to support the assembly of diagnostic cartridges and reagent kit components in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components
• Follow manufacturing SOPs, cGMP, and ISO guidelines
• Operate manufacturing line equipment
• Complete manufacturing work orders and production documentation accurately
• Review manufacturing records and identify documentation errors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work independently and as part of an assembly line team
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience
• Previous experience wearing PPE in a manufacturing environment required
• Ability to follow SOPs and detailed work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

• Cleanroom experience
• Medical device manufacturing experience
• GMP/cGMP experience
• ISO-regulated manufacturing experience
• Microscope experience

Work is performed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment and requires the use of PPE, adherence to safety procedures, and compliance with manufacturing documentation requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
