Now Hiring: Cleanroom Production Operators in Carlsbad

All Shift Available - $18/Hr

Join a leading medical device manufacturer! We are seeking Cleanroom Production Operators to assemble and package medical device components in a regulated cleanroom environment while following GMP and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package medical device products
• Operate production equipment
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and ISO standards
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support quality and production goals

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience
• Cleanroom or medical device experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
