As part of our full-service hospital, you’ll experience a wide variety of cases — from wellness and preventive care to emergencies and chronic medical conditions. On surgery days, we perform a range of procedures and collaborate with boarded mobile specialists for orthopedics and advanced imaging. What You’ll Do As a Lead Tech Supervise and provide guidance for the technician team while keeping communication open and supportive. Assist in surgery, dentistry, and appointments while modeling best practices. Elevate care hospital‑wide by mentoring the team, leading monthly meetings and building skills, always with leadership support. Collaborate on technician scheduling to align with hospital needs. Work with hospital leadership to roll out strategies and initiatives that raise the standard of care.
