Packaging Design Engineer
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a Packaging Design Engineer to join their team. As a Packaging Design Engineer, you will be part of the Packaging Engineering department supporting various operational units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Maplewood, MN
Pay Range: $27
What's the Job?
- Follow clearly defined procedures under general guidance to support packaging solutions.
- Handle inquiries of moderate scope and complexity related to packaging and business information.
- Assist in developing and implementing packaging solutions for assigned operating units.
- Research, analyze, and interpret data to support packaging requests and projects.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes, develop standard operating procedures, and support quality management initiatives.

- Basic understanding of packaging theories and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently within defined work priorities.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and international packaging regulations is a plus.
