Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: - Provide evaluation and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies; assess patients for appropriate type and frequency of treatment; develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans and equipment; perform advanced respiratory care modalities; evaluate medication administration and treatment based on patient outcomes; educate patients and families about health conditions, community support groups, and other available programs; and respond to emergency resuscitation team code.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12-hour schedules. - Traveler will be required to work up to 6 weekend shifts and holidays as needed to fill the needs of the department.

5 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required
