Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect / Medicaid Data Architect to support Medicaid data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Medicaid data, enterprise data architecture, data governance, and data warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise data architecture solutions for Medicaid programs
Build and support Medicaid data warehouses and analytics platforms
Lead data governance, data quality, metadata management, and MDM initiatives
Develop data integration strategies across multiple platforms
Collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to support reporting and decision-making
Define enterprise data standards, policies, and best practices
Support cloud data modernization and AI-driven analytics initiatives
Required Skills:
12+ years of Data Architecture and Data Management experience
10+ years of experience working with Medicaid data
Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Metadata Management, and Data Integration
8+ years of experience building and supporting Medicaid Data Warehouses
Experience with Provider Claims, Encounters, Client Data, and Clinical Assessments
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Public Healthcare or Insurance domain experience
Cloud Data Platforms and Data Integration experience
Enterprise Reporting and Analytics experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
CDMP Certification (Preferred)
