PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Job Details Location: Main - Fremont, OH 43420. Salary: $120,000.00 per year. Position: Full‑time Physician Assistant at Community Health Services, 2221 Hayes Avenue, Fremont. We are looking for a PA with at least 2years experience in a family practice setting. What You’ll Do Work directly with patients Monday through Friday – no weekends. Perform adult and pediatric assessments. Communicate clearly with providers, patients, and CHS staff. Follow up on lab and diagnostic testing. Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines. What We’re Looking For Graduate of a current accredited Physician Assistant program. Current license to practice in the state of Ohio as a Physician Assistant. Current Basic Life Support certification. Minimum of two years experience as a PA (preferred). Knowledge of documenting with EHR. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi‑task.
