Global Network Support Engineer — Hybrid (SDN/Edge)

A leading cloud service provider based in Diamond Bar, California, is seeking a customer service oriented Network Support Engineer to join its Global Customer Support Center. The successful candidate will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support, diagnose network issues, and maintain high availability across services.
