Relationship Management Senior Associate (529 & CSA)

As a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager, you will operate as a strategic, independent contributor responsible for supporting the team in delivering value to 529 and CSA partners You will partner cross-functionally and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal stakeholders and partners Develop partner relationship plans, monitor progress, and actively participate in status meetings, while collaborating with various teams within Vestwell to execute Use independent discretion and good judgment to handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions independently Partner cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement strategies and tactics designed to achieve partner objectives Communicate effectively across teams and with partners via written communication, phone, videoconference, and occasionally in person Assist in meeting all partner reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery Exercises discretion to gather, analyze, and evaluate information to solve problems using reasoned judgment and expertise Own the response to escalated partner issues, independently assessing situations, orchestrating internal resources, and resolving concerns with urgency and professionalism Act as a proactive collaborator within the team and across departments, supporting seamless partner experiences Understanding the applicability of regulatory requirements to resolve governance issues and support partner success Exercise independent judgment in recommending solutions and improvements to processes, workflows, and partner engagement strategies Maintain clear and accurate documentation of communications, project status, and issue resolution for accountability and audit readiness Benefits Competitive health coverage A dedicated Employee Wellbeing Committee Generous vacation, safe/sick time, and leave policies Strong focus on learning & development Hybrid work environment A great 401(k) plan!
