Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew to efficiently and effectively complete landscape construction tasks.
- Ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Train and mentor crew members to achieve their best performance.
- Safely operate and oversee the use of equipment.
- Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills and experience in landscape construction.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
- With insurance-approvable Motor Vehicle Report.
