You'll provide outstanding service while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that best fit each customer's needs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Guide customers through the purchasing process. Build trust through excellent customer service. Meet sales and performance goals. Accurately document customer interactions.
