Sales Director

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Director of Sales in Boise, ID area! Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and profitability through data-driven insights, consultative selling, and customer-focused solutions. Create and execute innovative promotional strategies designed to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and deliver profitable business outcomes. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams to successfully execute sales, marketing, and merchandising initiatives while achieving or exceeding company objectives. Continuously evaluate, refine, and execute account-specific sales strategies through ongoing planning, performance analysis, and business reviews. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth. Analyze and communicate category management insights, recommendations, and initiatives to support informed decision-making and business performance improvement. Represent the organization at regional and national trade shows, industry events, and professional associations, serving as a brand ambassador and thought leader. Manage customer budgets and investment plans to ensure resources are allocated effectively and deliver optimal return on investment. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity, providing strategic recommendations to maintain and strengthen the company's competitive position. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability in managing projects, responding to business needs, and meeting critical deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required. 12+ years of experience in the grocery retail channel with 8+ years of management experience Proven ability to lead teams and provide leadership Ability to focus on highest priorities and set aside less critical tasks.
