YOUR ROLE:

Support the payroll & tax team on compliance matters.

Front line preparation, review & management of monthly B&O tax returns / processes

Assist the payroll team with payroll processing within the ADP Run system, client management and payroll tax management.

Support and collaborate with the Management team regarding tax related administrative duties.

Tend to client needs by phone and email, and attend client meetings as needed, and assist CPA's on various tax related matters as needed.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting required

· 0 - 1 year of individual income tax return and compliance preferred

· Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with form 1040 and schedules

· Strong computer skills (Windows, MSFT Office, Adobe Acrobat) and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems (Intuit Proconnect)

· Able to manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time sensitive basis

· Excellent oral communication skills, with an ability to interact with a tight-knit team of professionals with a range of tax knowledge

· Highly motivated with ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with continued growth and development

· This is a full-time position
