Urgent Care NP / PA

Job description:
The largest Urgent Care in the Permian Basin, rated Best Urgent Care by MRT and the Odessa American. In need of ambitious NP/PA to join the Urgent Care Team, where patient care is the highest priority.
Duties include:
- Assessing and treating acutely ill patients
- Able to perform minor procedures such as: lacerations, Incision and Drainage, Toenail removals
- Able to communicate to a diverse population of patients
- Counsel patients and provide guidance
- Recognition and assessment of disease processes
- Prescribe medication according to State, Federal and organization guidelines
- Maintain current technical knowledge and seek education and professional opportunities to enhance clinical practice and competency.
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the latest changes, updates, and literature relating to medical care
- Perform appropriate diagnostic testing as required
Salary: $114,000 - $150,000 Annual
