We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond simply making posts — someone who understands how to build a brand, grow an audience, increase engagement, and turn attention into real results.
What You’ll Do:
● Develop strategies to grow Party Pack Entertainment’s online presence
● Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand awareness
● Create and execute social media growth campaigns
● Identify trends, opportunities, and new ways to reach audiences
● Build relationships with influencers, creators, artists, DJs, and other brands
● Help develop Party Pack’s overall image and online presence
● Create promotional strategies for events, artists, and future projects
● Analyze engagement and adjust strategies based on what works
● Help expand Party Pack into new markets and audiences
● Bring creative ideas that can turn Party Pack into a recognizable entertainment brand
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
● Has experience growing social media accounts or brands
● Understands Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content
● Is creative, ambitious, and highly motivated
● Understands marketing, branding, and audience growth
● Can identify what makes content shareable and engaging
● Is comfortable networking and building partnerships
● Thinks like an entrepreneur and is focused on results
Experience with entertainment, events, music, marketing, or influencer growth is a plus.
Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
