Part-Time Designer & Social Media Manager
AXAVentures - Seattle (U District / Fremont)
Part-time ~[5-10] hrs/week (varies) · On-site
Pay: $21.30/hour - $25/hour (Depending on experience and expertise)
The role
We're looking for a creative, self-directed person to help steward our visual brand and social media. You'll design the assets, build the content plan, and keep our channels active every day. This role suits someone who can both make things look great and stay consistent.
What you'll do
- Post daily across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, engage with comments and DMs
- Build and manage a content calendar covering events, promotions and stories
- Design social graphics, promos, flyers, various other digital and print assets, email visuals, and signage
- Maintain and evolve our brand system, including color, logos, and typography
- Capture photo and short-form video content at various locations within Seattle
- Track performance monthly and adjust the plan based on what works
What we're looking for
- A portfolio showing digital design and social media work
- 1–2+ years managing social media for a brand or business or similar experience
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop), or Figma
- Comfortable shooting and editing pictures, short-form video
- Organized and reliable - self managed, not needing to be chased
- Bonus: experience with digital marketing, Meta Business Suite, Google ad campaigns, or scheduling tools
Schedule
[5-10] hours/week, flexible, ranging depending on what events are needed. On-site at either of our offices in Seattle.
