Normal Computing, an applied AI company, seeks a Talent Operations Specialist to own recruiting systems, data integrity, and global scheduling across five time zones. You’ll optimize Ashby, build dashboards, automate flows, and scale our talent infrastructure as we hire world-class hardware, software, and AI leaders. You’ll partner with the Head of Talent to standardize interview loops, onboard new interviewers, and drive headcount planning and recruiting events in a fast-moving startup. #J-18808-Ljbffr Normal Computing Corp.
