Technician Fiber Installation

At Kanaan Communications, LLC, as a Technician Fiber Installation, you’ll set up and take care of the fiber optic networks that help connect people. You'll make sure everything runs smoothly, fix any problems, and keep us connected without any interruptions. Install, set up and configure all equipment. Identify and try to remedy sources of customer‑perceived issues. Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement. Educate the customer regarding product and service usage. Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment. Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after‑hours responsibilities as needed. Perform work in all weather conditions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications To be 18 years of age or older. Authorization to work in the United States for this company. High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience. Valid state driver’s license (cannot be provisional), with an acceptable driving record. Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
