Specialized Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary Our client, a leading telecommunications and technology provider, is seeking a Specialized Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team! Contract Details Contract type and duration: Contract (6-12+ months) Work location: St. Louis, MO Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week; 1 flexible work-from-home day This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Lead complex requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional business stakeholders to support enterprise AI and Salesforce transformation efforts Analyze existing business processes and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and Agile user stories Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and enterprise business leaders throughout the SDLC to evaluate solutions and drive decision-making Validate business processes and data governance to ensure AI Knowledge Management solutions produce accurate, trustworthy, and hallucination-free outputs Support the rollout and enhancement of Salesforce initiatives alongside AI-powered agentic workflows and future-state headless architecture Coordinate solution testing, document defects, and verify system functionality to ensure alignment with core business objectives Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams Deep functional experience with the Salesforce platform Proven track record of independently leading stakeholder meetings, challenging assumptions, and driving complex requirement discussions Strong experience documenting business processes, complex workflows, and detailed functional specifications in Agile environments Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn complex business domains and support enterprise solution validation and testing Exceptional communication, facilitation, and senior stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Direct experience with AI-enabled products, Generative AI initiatives, AI copilots, or knowledge management platforms Hands-on experience or exposure to Salesforce Agentforce Familiarity with AI governance, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models Exposure to headless architecture, composable application design, or modern enterprise platform integrations Domain knowledge in Enterprise Sales Operations (products, pricing, promotions, and approval workflows) Key Competencies & Behaviors Dynamic and assertive communicator who comfortably leads discussions and influences senior stakeholders rather than acting as a passive scribe Naturally curious problem-solver with a strong technical aptitude for emerging AI tools and agentic workflows Strategic thinker with an enterprise architecture mindset capable of connecting business processes to modern technology solutions Detail-oriented professional who balances speed, data integrity, and solution accuracy in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Location: St. Louis, MO Onsite, Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
