The Details Shift: Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour Please note that this role is ON-SITE in our Salt Lake Distribution Center What You’ll Do Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly. Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries. Help process international orders needing extra documentation. Fixing print problems and releasing held orders. All around problem solving. Help process customer orders by picking and verifying products. Assist with warehouse projects including product relocation, labeling shelving, cleaning up cardboard, and replenishing workstations.
