What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer has a positive and seamless experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Handling inquiries and providing accurate information about our products or services.
- Resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

We’re searching for someone who brings a positive energy and a commitment to excellent customer service. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to handle challenges with grace.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.
