Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Clerk to join our team in Carlsbad, CA, 92010. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations by ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and documented. Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Document all received items in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
