This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counting, receiving, invoicing, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift certification, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.30 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Duties:

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Inspect products for damage and report issues
• Create and process invoices within the ERP system
• Compare shipping logs with physical documentation
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
• Package materials for shipment and vendor returns
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations

Position Requirements:

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift Certification required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 60 pounds. Required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $20.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
