Lingo Staffing is Hiring: Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator - Norton, OH | Start ASAP! Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator - Responsible for operating production equipment, polishing and finishing products, performing basic machine maintenance, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, machine operation, maintenance, or mechanical experience looking to join a growing team. Pay & Schedule: $12.50 - $13.50 Hourly (Based on Shift) 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Job Responsibilities & Requirements: Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery and tools Polish, buff, and finish products to meet quality standards Inspect products for defects, consistency, and overall quality Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed Monitor production processes and ensure quality requirements are met Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions Assist with general production and facility support as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Positive attitude and willingness to learn
