Account Representative

Account Representative Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have a working knowledge of computers and be able to learn how to use programs such as UKG and Inovalon Scheduling Software. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must maintain confidentiality of all information. Must be able to multi-task, problem solve and communicate effectively with staff and facilities. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to handle frequent interruptions. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, family members, facility staff, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Must be dedicated to helping facilities obtain consistent staff to fill in vacancy positions. Works well as a member of a group. Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity. Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest. Preferably 1 year experience working in long-term care or healthcare setting.
