We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Deburring Technician to join our team. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform fine, intricate work on precision components .

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

A Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
B Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
C Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed deburring and finishing of precision-machined parts
Inspect components to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
Maintain consistent workflow and productivity
Work collaboratively within a team environment
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to perform small, intricate work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Microsoft Office experience is a plus

Pass visual and dexterity assessments Complete a basic mechanical aptitude test Pass pre-employment drug screening Successfully complete a 90-day probationary period Demonstrate strong performance evaluations
