Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinical Fellowship Year [CFY] candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence [CCC] encouraged to apply)
• Previous experience delivering school-based speech therapy services is highly desired
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Passion for supporting children with diverse speech, language, and communication needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Conduct individual and group intervention sessions
• Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, resource staff, and families to support carryover of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and related staffing as needed
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development in speech-language pathology
