Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid SLP license in the state of New York (or eligible for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
• Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued, though not required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services delivered and progress notes as required by school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and team planning initiatives
