Dayshift Weekend Charge Nurse (LPN)

Position: Weekend Day Shift Charge LPN Schedule: Every Other Saturday & Sunday | 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM Cedar Hills Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend evening coverage. Our community is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm, family-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the physician and nursing leadership. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Assist with resident assessments and care planning. Supervise and support Resident Assistants and Medication Aides as needed. Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies. Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies. Qualifications: Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing. Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
