Role Description
A temporary HR Trainee role is open for HR Services. Possessing 0-1 years of foundational professional experience in an administrative or support capacity, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute within an enterprise HR environment.
This position operates under a fully remote work model, requiring a dedicated and self-disciplined approach to managing tasks and collaborating effectively with team members from a home-based office environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionalities, including data entry, simple formulas, and fundamental spreadsheet organization.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft PowerPoint features for creating and editing presentations.
- A foundational understanding of Google Sheets, specifically basic pivot table creation and manipulation.
- Possessing a basic knowledge of HR service delivery principles and processes.
- Academic exposure to or a foundational understanding of basic compensation and benefits concepts.
- English: B2 level and higher.
Requirements
- Assist in maintaining HR-related records, ensuring accuracy and completeness under supervision.
- Support the HR team in preparing basic reports and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Participate in data entry and verification tasks within HR systems and Google Sheets, including basic pivot table operations.
- Collaborate with senior HR professionals to understand fundamental HR service delivery processes and best practices.
- Help in gathering and organizing information related to compensation and benefits programs for review.
- Observe and learn about various HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Contribute under guidance to the coordination of HR-related events or internal training sessions.
- Assist in responding to basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Learn to utilize HR software and tools for administrative tasks and efficient data management.
