We are a solo family practice in Deer Park, NY, offering a comfortable, organized and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Assist with in person and virtual visits Collaborate with supervising physicians Provide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+ Conduct physical exams and patient assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Experience: Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Active NY state license Masters Diploma from certified Physician assistant program NCCPA certified Preferred multilingual i.e. urdu, hindi, spanish.
