Supervisor de Producción

Reportando al Gerente de Producción, el Supervisor de Producción es responsable de supervisar todas las actividades del departamento de empaque diariamente. El candidato ideal se comunicará de manera efectiva, motivará y supervisará varios departamentos para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de producción en un entorno de ritmo rápido. Responsabilidades Regulaciones sobre salud ocupacional y seguridad alimentaria. Realizar inspecciones de seguridad alimentaria, monitorear y asistir a los empleados de saneamiento/control de calidad para asegurar una correcta sanitización (Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control [HACCP] y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura [BPM]). Coordinar actividades de producción y monitorear los Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPI) aplicables para mantener y mejorar las áreas de producción según sea necesario. Estar involucrado en la contratación y formación de nuevos empleados y hacer recomendaciones para las promociones de los empleados. Realizar otras tareas según se le asigne. Requisitos Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria. Se prefiere título universitario. Se prefiere altamente ser bilingüe en inglés y español. Se requiere experiencia de dos (2) años en un almacén de producción. Se requieren habilidades informáticas competentes. Se requieren excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y gestión del tiempo. Debe ser automotivado con la capacidad de operar a un alto nivel con mínima supervisión. Se requieren excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Se requiere conocimiento del proceso, procedimientos y maquinaria de fabricación. Debe tener un entendimiento completo de la función y operación del departamento de empaque.
