As a **Manufacturing Quality Control Team Leader,** you will guide and support a skilled inspection team to ensure that delivered goods meet our high standards before they ever reach production. You will shape processes, coach people, and continuously improve how incoming materials are inspected, documented, and released.This role offers the chance to lead with influence, partner closely with suppliers and internal teams, and play a decisive role in protecting product integrity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
